These two residential buildings – Persephone and Kaveiron – are situated in Lavrio, on a hill that offers a panoramic view of the port of Lavrio, one of the oldest harbors near Athens. Lavrio was once a thriving industrial city until the 1980s when an economic downturn impacted industrial development.
Today, Lavrio is experiencing a resurgence, with significant investments directed towards the reconstruction and expansion of the harbor, as well as improved road access to the airport.
The two projects involve five-story residential buildings, with one measuring 940 square meters and the other 1,600 square meters. These buildings will house apartments ranging from 70 to 140 square meters. The construction will utilize concrete and brick materials.
